UBIQITUM BRAND CALIBRATION - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q1. How many countries and regions is Ubiqitum available in?
Ubiqitum can conduct surveys in 86 countries and regions, with 75 more being currently calibrated.
Q2. How do I target my surveys to specific geographic areas?
Yes, surveys can be tailored to specific geofenced locations. Standard options include targeting by continent, country, or specific states/regions.
Q3. Can I select between B2B and B2C audiences?
Yes, simply select which audience you wish to survey. If you do not select an audience type, the survey will cover both audiences.
Q4. What sources does the system use for its analysis?
The platform draws from a blend of proprietary survey data, third-party integrations, real-time digital signals, and internal business data (where authorized).
Q5. How is user data privacy handled?
All data processing complies with global privacy standards and our Data and Privacy Policy. Personally identifiable information is never used in analysis outputs unless explicitly authorized, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Q6. How is data quality maintained?
All incoming data is validated using a multi-layered approach that checks for authenticity, relevance, duplication, and statistical sufficiency. Only data passing these checks is used in outputs.
Q7. How often is data updated, and how quickly can new data affect outputs?
Data is ingested and updated in real time or according to the frequency specified in your data integration settings. Once new data is available and passes validation checks, it will immediately contribute to future outputs.
Q8. What should I do if the survey I received has incorrect details (e.g., region, company, etc.)?
If the survey you received contains incorrect information that doesn't match your ticketed order, please reach out to our support team via the Contact Us page. They will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring the necessary corrections are made promptly.
Q9. What should I do if there's an error with my order?
Once a survey is ordered and the receipt is processed in our system, edits cannot be made. If you notice an error, please reach out to surveysupport@ubiqitum.com for assistance.
Q11. How does the system determine if the data is sufficient?
If, for any reason, Ubiqitum cannot access sufficient data to support a +/-1% level of accuracy, you will be alerted almost immediately and receive a full refund within 72 hours (see Ubiqitum Warrantee section).
Q11. How does the system determine if the data is sufficient?
Our algorithms use statistical thresholds and quality checks to assess the minimum data required for accurate outputs. If the data set does not meet these requirements, you will be informed before any results are shown. The threshold varies by metric and analysis type to ensure robust and meaningful insights.
Q12. Will I be charged for incomplete or failed reports?
No, users are only charged for successfully generated and delivered reports. Attempts that do not yield an output due to insufficient data will be refunded in full (see Ubiqitum Warrantee section).
Q13. Can I manually override the "insufficient" data warning?
No, for quality and compliance reasons, the system does not allow manual overrides. All reports are only generated if the minimum data requirements are satisfied, protecting the credibility of your analytics and ensuring industry-standard rigor.
Q14. What if I believe my data is sufficient but still receive an "insufficient data" warning?
If you feel there is a discrepancy, please contact support. Our team can help verify the data, adjust thresholds (where appropriate), and guide you through optimizing your data pipeline.
